They were poles apart from each other but just physically
Mentally, he was on her mind & she was on his
Their love story was different
All the stories start from eyes & end at heart
But theirs started at heart & ended at eyes
Years passed by they hadn't met
Finally, the day they met was one of the best days of his life
And worst day of her life
He spoke a lot but she was mum
He touched her but she felt his skin was harsh
She maintained distance & he came closer to her
His eyes had a fire which had the capacity to destroy her
She looked away into the open
The lake in front had many ducks & ducklings playing, which she enjoyed
He too enjoyed not the atmostphere but her
Sitting under the open sky, he had many things on his mind
She wasn't a kid, she knew what his intentions were
It started drizzling but she didnt move coz he didnt let her
His body language was contradicting his words
He wanted to grab her & feel her flesh
But she didnt let him fulfill his needs
He came closer, held her tight & tried to kiss her
She had had enough, she slapped right across his face
He was stunned by her reaction
She walked off, without turning back
He realised his mistake & tears started flowing down his eyes
She left him alone this time he too knew she would never come back
It was raining; outside the clouds were pouring & inside her heart
They were tears of happiness
After all she broke apart
From a relation which had no name
She was happy & a free bird now
No one had ever ruled her but he had
She was fed up & wanted to leave
He knew she would leave him one day
The day she left him was the first & last day they met
Finally, she left him but this time forever
