The play of dreams

There was his presence in the air
She felt him everywhere
They had memories together
Now he himself was a memory for her
She cried he didnt come
He left her for no reason
She needed an explanation but she didn't get one
Like always, she waited for an apology which would never come
For her, he was the only one
And for him, she was one among the bunch
Her love was true and he just played along
She had dreams settling with him
And he had already made plans of his future
He left her shattered, broken, alone
And a part of her was gone along with him
He thought he will find another one
But the truth he wasnt aware about was
He may find someone like her but not her
She moved on; independent she was now
He suffered without her, cried for her to come back
But she didn't
He shouted her name loudly,
That was when he realized it was just a mere dream
And she was with him like always
Bcoz they never parted ways
Oh these dreams....!

Her...

She stood under the open sky
The tall trees stared at her,
The night sky was clear,
With the moon and some stars shining
She thought she was a solitary soul,
But she wasn't just alone, she was broken
Patience had given upon her
Standing under the open sky,
With her face up, gazing at the beautiful moon,
She was talking more to herself than to her God above
She knew he was listening to her
The moon was right above, shining brighter than ever
The moon's faint light fell on her cute face
Her eyes were moist, cheeks wet with tears
She spoke her heart out that day to her God
Not just her God, but even the moon & stars were listening
The clouds were still as if she had made them stand still
Not a leaf shook, not a single disturbance
She cried, they were watching her cry
The trees, who were taller than her wished they could bend down to hug the lonely soul
The stars wished to just break open & fulfill her every desire
The wind wished to blow hard & dry the tear drops
The moon wished to hide behind the cloud so that he couldn't see this lil girl cry
The clouds wished to move away
That day not just she but someone else somewhere cried for her
Her God heard every word of hers
She loves soft toys, because they don't leave her like people
The trees, the twinkling stars, the bright moon just wished to hug her tight
She cried in the most prettiest way, they felt
Fat droplets of tears falling from the edge of her eye lids
Making their way through her chubby cheeks
Her pretty eyes went red within sometime
Her lil nose was the color of a ripe tomato
Amongst all this, she missed being her own old self
The most impatient, aggressive & angry one
She replayed her childhood in her head
But as they say, get used to lonliness, it'll never leave you
Along with those tear drops, her broken self bid her goodbye
And that day she gave birth to a new  person who was born under the open sky
She smiled with tears in her eyes
Seeing her smile, they all smiled,
Thinking about how patient she is
She got up with all the pieces in hand
With the same confidence, she walked off again into the dark tunnel
To get lost in the path of darkness & lose herself in the world of reality

Peene ko paani aur khaane ko do waqt ki roti nahi milti kuch logo ko,
Aur hum? Hum toh phek dete hai agar accha nahi laga toh....
Pedo paudho ko kaat kar apna sansaar banaya
Par ujaad diya unn maasoom, bezubaan janwaro ka ghar
Kya mila humein iss sab se....??
Unhe bhi toh taqleef hoti hogi...!!
Par woh kahenge kis se??
Humein toh upar waale muh diya, hum bol sakte hai
Par unn bichaaron ka kya.....???
Kya unki bhaavnaayein nahi hoti? Sansaar nahi hota? Mehsoos nahi karte woh?
Sab kuch dekh kar bhi chup hai woh bezubaan
Yeh samajhte hai ki hum unke liye kuch karenge
Sab jaan kar bhi khaamosh hai hamari dharti maa
Lekin usska bhi sabar ka bhaan tootega ek din
Jab woh tuta toh hum sab ki khair nahi
